When you contact us via forms on our website (e.g., contact forms, quote requests), we collect the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, message) to process your inquiry and respond to you. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to analyze website usage. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how users use the site. The information generated about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is activated so that your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to the USA and then shortened. The USA is considered a third country without an adequate level of data protection; we have implemented standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Google Remarketing
We use Google Remarketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to show targeted ads to users who have previously visited our website. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google uses cookies to recognize visitors and display interest-based advertising across the Google network. Data may be transferred to the USA; standard contractual clauses are in place to ensure appropriate protection. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for remarketing by visiting Google Ad Settings. Further details are in the Google Privacy Policy.
Google AdWords
We use Google AdWords conversion tracking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. When you click on a Google ad, a cookie is set on your device for conversion tracking. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not personally identify users. Google may transfer data to the USA; standard contractual clauses ensure appropriate safeguards. For more information, please see the Google Privacy Policy and manage your preferences via Google Ad Settings.
Data transfers to third countries
Some of our service providers, including Google LLC, are based in the USA. The USA is considered a third country without an adequate level of data protection. We have implemented standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure appropriate safeguards for data transfers (Art. 46 GDPR).
