Flexible shaft core with polymer couplings

At both ends of the shaft a small square is pressed. In a second step the squares are covered with polymer by means of injection molding to give specific coupling elements, this step is normally done by our customers themselves. The squares give a good force transmission between the shaft and the polymer parts.

It is possible to add some color (normally black) to the shaft. The coloring has no influence on the injestion molding process for the polymer couplings.
